System Build Scoping Call

Service Description

A bespoke commercial system built around whatever gap is actually costing you money — not a fixed product. That might be a live job register with forecast-vs-actual costing and a margin and cashflow dashboard, a quotation system that prices consistently and fast, a supplier and spend-analysis tool, or something else entirely — the Health Check is what tells us which one your business actually needs. Whatever it is, it's built in Excel, Power Query and VBA, or Power BI once you've outgrown Excel — you're never forced onto software you don't need — with automation to keep it updated without creating extra admin for your team, proper training and handover so you can run it yourselves, and a period of post-launch support once it's live and being used for real. Book a 45min consultation which I will follow up with an initial proposal and quotation.
